Sweet Potato Crisps


Baked sweet potato crisps – check out the crunch on that

A simple and delicious natural alternative to crisps. What more could you want.


  • 1 – 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Smoked paprika, salt and pepper


  • Skin and slice the sweet potatoes into thin rounds
  • Layout on a large baking tray and sprinkle both sides with the olive oil, smoked paprika, salt and pepper
  • Heat on 180ºC for 30 minutes – until brown and crispy
