Cacao, Cinnamon and Turmeric Smoothie

A chocolatey, creamy, dairy-free smoothie with anti-inflammatory benefits and made with all natural ingredients. Say what?! Stay with.. The chocolate comes from raw cacoa nibs and cocoa powder. The cream? Avocado and almond milk. It works. Give it a go…

Ingredients:

  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 small or 1/2 a large avocado
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • Handful of raw cacao nibs
  • Sprinkling of toasted coconut chips (optional)

Method:

  1. Pour all ingredients (apart from the coconut chips) into a jug and blend
  2. Sprinkle the toasted coconut chips and a few more cacao nibs on top
  3. Gulp down satisfyingly 🙂
