Paleo yogurt breakfast bowl

If you are looking for a delicious dairy and sugar free yogurt alternative, look no further. This could be an easy breakfast or just when you need a chocolate hit in a super healthy way.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp natural soya yogurt (I go for ‘Sojade’ as it has no sugar)
  • 1.5 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 dessert spoon of raw cacoa nibs
  • A sprinkling of toasted coconut chips

Method

  1. Spoon the yogurt into a bowl and stir in the cocoa powder, cinnamon and cacoa nibs
  2. Sprinkle on the coconut chips
  3. Yes it’s that simple – enjoy
