Perf for pancake day or any day!!! These pancakes are absolutely delicious and no wheat, gluten or refined sugar in sight 🕶


For pancake:

  • 125g ground almonds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 60ml almond milk
  • Dessert spoon of honey
  • Knob of butter/spoon of oil for frying

For topping:

  • Nut butter
  • Honey
  • Dairy free yoghurt
  • Walnuts


  • Mix all pancake ingredients in a bowl to form a smooth batter
  • Drop the butter/oil into a pan and spoon about two tablespoons of mix for each pancake
  • Fry for about 5mins (make sure you flip!)
  • Lay on plate and spoon on the toppings
  • Share/devour 😋
